What is expected of churches, organizations, ministries and communities promoting healthy marriage and healthy family during this week?
Dedicate time and energy to plan and organize the events and activities that will be performed during the week of February 8th and February 15th 2009.
Sunday February the 8th is very important for the churches registered to celebrate this week. In these churches all the events during the service of that Sunday will emphasize healthy marriage and healthy family. Printed materials to educate the public on this issue will be available during that Sunday.
Friday 13th will be the date to celebrate public events in the communities where churches serve. These events are healthy marriage and healthy family celebrations that include music and literature on healthy marriage. Pastors, ministers, community and political leaders are invited to participate in these events.
Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th is the great day of celebration. All the churches during the services of these days organize and plan massive marriage vows renewal and wedding celebrations. This is the day for many couples within the churches and/or the communities who have been living out of marriage to get married.
